It's only a matter of time before it catches up to them.as it shall for this company. A person or company can only play the "pay Paul with Peter's money" game for so long to grow whatever they are trying to expand. The company has grown too big-too fast and continues to do so. The company as a whole has gained a reputation within the firearm industry professionals, that is, not very reputable especially when they're part of the cause of a fellow company in the industry to go under because of getting way behind on their credit terms with said company. The ranges are the only thing going for the company (when they can keep those up and running correctly and cleanly). Anymore, they hire anyone that is breathing, and doesn't mind working barely above minimum wage earnings, while working in a industry that is thriving and booming. They are your biggest assets, or at least could be if you treat them good. In order to have a good company and one that thrives, you must take care of your employees first and foremost. I worked for the company for a year and a half and saw the major change in how things were ran. They have become the "Walmart" of the firearm industry. Once they decided to incorporate a corporate office and went away from a small local business mindset, the company as a whole went down from there as does a lot of "corporate companies" do. They cut costs by taking away from the employees who worked the floor and range and made sure everyone in the corporate office got their cut of the company profit. The company as a whole started out good, but became too big and less about the employees who make up the company, and more about how money the company could make.
